General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions apply to all products offered for sale on the website www.thegeekypop.com. Therefore, placing an order on the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Delivery of In-Stock Products
For Belgium and Luxembourg, delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours.
For France, the Netherlands, and Germany, delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.
Delivery is free for orders over €40 (VAT included), whether at home or to a pickup point.
For orders under €40 (VAT included), shipping costs are €5.99.
After confirming your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Preorders
Preorder items are not in stock. In order to confirm your preorder, payment must be completed. The item will be delivered on the release date indicated on the product page.
If your order also contains available items, the full order will be shipped once all items are ready.
If the manufacturer cancels or delays a preordered product, we will inform you by email, and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns
You may return any product purchased from our shop within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The product and shipping costs will be fully refunded. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payments
Orders are only shipped after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is accepted.
We use the payment platform MultiSafepay.
We accept various payment methods including Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
Availability
Apart from preorder items, all products available for sale on the website are in stock.
However, if despite our vigilance an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you promptly by email and issue a refund.
Order Limitation and Abuse Prevention
To ensure fair access to our products, especially during launches or preorders, The Geeky Pop reserves the right to:

Cancel any order presenting suspicious patterns (multiple identities at the same delivery address, repeated use of the same payment method, attempts to bypass limits, etc.);
